These terms govern your use of this site and any purchase made through it. By placing an order you agree to them; if you do not agree, do not order. We may update these terms — the version in force is the one published at the time of your order.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. By ordering you represent that you are a qualified researcher, or purchasing on behalf of a research organisation, and competent to handle laboratory materials safely. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

All products are supplied strictly as chemical reference materials for laboratory research. They are not for human or veterinary consumption, and are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or medical devices. Nothing on this site is a medical claim; no product has been evaluated by the FDA for any such use.

By ordering you agree not to administer these products to humans or animals, not to resell or supply them for such use, and to handle, store and dispose of them in accordance with applicable law and accepted laboratory practice.

Prices are shown in US dollars and calculated at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order; an order is accepted only once payment has settled and we have confirmed it. Discount and affiliate codes are for personal use, apply to qualifying orders only, and may be withdrawn at any time.

Ground shipping is free on orders placed through this site; expedited shipping is offered at checkout for a fee shown before you pay. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession. For international orders you are the importer of record and responsible for duties, taxes and lawful importation.

Inspect your order on arrival. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or missing, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs — we will replace or refund a verified problem. Opened, used or unsealed products cannot be returned; unopened sealed products may be returned within 14 days with prior authorisation. Orders may be cancelled without charge until dispatched.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, products and this site are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability arising from an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
